Does this decal come in another color?

YES! You may choose any of our 35 color options! At checkout, there will be a box where you can leave us a message. You can leave any personalization and color requests there.

How do I know this decal will stick to my wall?

We use the highest grade of quality vinyl on the market that is specifically made for interior walls or temporary applications. Our vinyl decals adhere best to smooth, clean and dry surfaces. Although very rare (less than 1%), adhesive failure can occur, however, sometimes it can be difficult to pinpoint the cause because every surface is different. Some reasons for failure can include:

  • texture of the wall
  • the type of paint used
  • not allowing the paint to cure long enough
  • humidity
  • dust


If you are unsure if a decal will stick, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to send you a sample. 

I am painting my room this weekend. Can I put up the decal right away?

We recommend waiting a minimum of three weeks to allow the paint to cure. As paint cures, it emits vapors. These vapors can get trapped under the vinyl and create bubbles, ultimately causing your decal to fall off the wall.

I'm not sure what color I should choose-Help!

We have great news! You can try before you buy and order a sample pack and choose up to five colors, ensuring you pick the best colors to coordinate with your room. 

I paid extra for shipping. When will I get my order?

Our current production time is 3-5 business days, but we try to get every order out before then. If you upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail, this does not change the production time-it only reduces the amount of time in transit through the postal system. Most orders are delivered in 1-3 business days after they are scanned at the post office, however, that is only an estimate and not guaranteed. If you need your order guaranteed by a certain date, we can ship via USPS Express Mail and that usually adds aprox $25 to the shipping cost.

I just realized my shipping address is incorrect. What happens now?

We print all of our shipping labels directly through the our shipping system. Your label will be printed EXACTLY as you entered it during checkout. If we have not yet shipped your item, just send us an email and let us know of any address changes.

Orders that have already been shipped will be handled on a case by case basis. It may take longer for your order to be forwarded to you or it may be returned to us. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address info, you will be asked to purchase a new label before we can ship it again.
