Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policies
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for items that may be resold to another customer. Personalized/custom orders that cannot be resold to another customer are not eligible for return. Custom design fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return/cancellation:
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to include tracking and insurance to protect your refund. Items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition. Once the backing paper or transfer tape has been removed or peeled back, it is no longer eligible for return.
