Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.   Please see the banner on our home page for current processing times.

Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us katie@vinylwritten.com for guaranteed delivery options.

International Shipping

Sorry, at this time we do not offer international shipping to countries outside the United States.

 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at katie@vinylwritten.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for items that may be resold to another customer. Personalized/custom orders that cannot be resold to another customer are not eligible for return.  Custom design fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return/cancellation:

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be sure to include tracking and insurance to protect your refund.  Items must be returned in perfect, resalable condition. Once the backing paper or transfer tape has been removed or peeled back, it is no longer eligible for return.
